Hourly Labor Rates
The labor rates quoted are based on a wide range of personnel availability and considers all factors including experience, education and present location. The hourly labor rates quoted are the average prevailing rates for the levels of expertise. In servicing your needs, we are committed to delivering the most highly qualified personnel at competitive rates.

Hourly Bill Rates
Billing rates quoted are computed from the hourly labor rate. A markup percentage on the hourly labor rate equates to the billable rate, Markup percentages include all payroll taxes, holiday, vacation bonuses, Workman's Compensation, Liability insurance, and Unemployment Compensation. Markup percentages also include Corporate Operating expenses, such as accounting, recruiting, and administrative.

Overtime Labor Rates
Overtime labor rates are paid at 1.50 percent of the labor rate. Degreed engineers are exempt from overtime pay. Overtime is generally paid after 40 hours in a work week.

Overtime-Billable rates
Overtime-billing rates are computed from the overtime pay rate. A markup percentage of 1.35 to 1.50 is computed on the overtime pay rate to establish the billable overtime rate."

 

Time Cards/Billing
TPG Oil, Gas & Energy, Inc. personnel are paid on a weekly basis and are required to submit a time card with client signature, verifying hours worked. Time cards are then attached to the invoices, and processed weekly.

Per Diem
TPG Oil, Gas & Energy, Inc. personnel are paid a daily per diem when on assignment more then 50 miles from their permanent residence. Employees who do not sign and certify eligibility will not be paid per diem. Per Diem is not billed the client.

Holiday and Vacation Bonus
Holiday and vacation bonus are offered to the employees all-inclusive in their labor rate. Employees have the option of breaking out holiday and vacation pay from their rate and receiving it as it falls on the calendar. There are six holidays paid and 1-week vacation after 2080 hours.

Permanent Placement Billing
Permanent placements are billed after guaranteed period of 30 days has elapsed.
